How Gallery Furniture Made a Splash Through Outdoor Signage
Going back in time, one of the original Gallery Furniture signs was a basic two-pillar outdoor sign with all-caps lettering spelling out the name of the company. There was an outdoor letterboard sign lower down on the pole presenting the latest deals, sales, and offerings.
We helped Gallery Furniture make a splash by updating the look, feel, messaging, and presentation through a modern LED pylon sign that would instantly connect with customers. Ultimately, we wanted to bring to life the personality of “Mattress Mack” Jim McIngvale through a memorable outdoor sign worthy of his larger-than-life personality and presence in Houston.
Through a collaborative approach between our team and the Gallery Furniture staff, we crafted an outdoor LED sign with four key elements: 
- Fireworks and stars exploding out of the top of the sign
- “GALLERY FURNITURE” in big, bold lettering on top of the sign
- A gigantic LED videoboard with space to promote a sale, celebrate a big Houston sports win, or send a message to customers
- More fireworks on the LED sign pole to complete the aesthetic
We also provided Gallery Furniture with the capability to use various colors, fonts, backgrounds, and other visual elements on their LED display to align with their campaigns and themes.
