Job Description:
Receives new order details from Account Executive, prepares checklist of available and pending items for "go-forward" documentation.
Prepares documentation for ERP order entry.
Coordinates installs where necessary with subcontractors Secures proof of insurance and subcontractor acceptance documentation.
Coordinates with customer to secure pending items, prioritizing and stressing importance to success of project.
Monitors progress of project through completion communicating delays or other issues to Account Executive and to customer where necessary. |

Job Description:
Direct production activity within section to optimize productivity with the resources available and meet project due dates according to production schedule, adhering to company policies and priorities.
Coordinate and collaborate with other section supervisors and management to ensure that production goals are met.
Take action to prevent work flow disruptions, and resolve people and process problems and delays as quickly and cost-effectively as possible without compromising safety or quality.
Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems, improve efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs.
Ensures the maintenance of a safe, clean work environment as well as the safety and health of employees.
Ensure the production of a quality end product, uting Quality Assurance Inspections throughout stages of production.
